The funky Fiat 500 Convertable

with its retro styling car work is exactly the same size as the basic 500 model with room for four people, half decent boot space and a sensible price tage. The Fiat 500 is a small economy-car produced by the Fiat company of Italy between 1957 and 1975 and when re-launched in 2007. The Fiat 500 became an icon of the times. The car was a successor to the Topolino model interestingly Topolino means 'mouse', small, cute and great for scampering around in. No great surprise then that the Launch of the New Fiat 500 Cabriolet is creating such a stir when you consider a car with this persona that has now been given a fully fledged window to the sky. No doubt it has set its sights on becoming an icon of the times again.

A new icon of Italian design

Introducing the Fiat 500CbyGucci, special editions of the iconic hatch and convertible, customised by Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini in collaboration with Fiat’s Centro Stile. Available to buy online right now.

Gucci's iconic detailing is in abundance outside and in, with the signature red-green stripe running along the entire exterior and continuing inside on the seats and seatbelts. Step inside and you'll see contrasting ivory and black interiors with bi-colour steering wheel and two-tone leather seats sporting the unmistakeable ‘Guccissima' print.

The Gucci touches are everywhere. The colour co-ordinated alloys feature the interlocking GG and as the final flourish, the cursive Gucci signature appears on the rear and side door.

It is characterised by two unique eye-catching glossy pearl paints:

Black with glitter combined with shin chrome details and sharp black and white interiors for a contemporary and racy look or white with glitter with satin chrome detailing and ivory and black interiors giving the car a softer and sophisticated look.
