Fiat is back in the family hatchback market with a bang. The Bravo is a replacement for the Stilo - a car that didn't prove very popular due to its dull looks and a cheap feeling interior. Its replacement couldn't be more different however.
It may use the same name as Fiat's three-door hatch from the mid-1990s but this car is a generously sized five-door that is a credible alternative to the likes of the Ford Focus.
It's elegant and sporty, but most crucially is priced well below its mainstream European rivals. The diesel engines are frugal, but the smaller T-Jet petrol unit offers punchy performance with impressive economy.
